Helpful Information
Billing & Insurance
Echo Creek Speech Therapy accepts private pay only. If you wish to request reimbursement through your medical insurance company, we will provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt of services). Superbills can be submitted for potential reimbursement, however, it is the responsibility of the client/client's family to inquire with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits. You can do so by calling the number on your insurance card and asking about out-of-network coverage. Our current rates for direct therapy and caregiver coaching can be found below.

When working with medical insurance, it can take months for speech therapy to be approved and commence, but private speech therapy can begin right away — without taking up valuable time. At Echo Creek Speech Therapy, we provide neurodiversity- affirming care, which means that decisions about frequency of service and length of therapy sessions are made based on your child’s actual needs, not the needs of your insurance company. We're not limited to a specific type of therapy or number of sessions. Our rates are set to reflect more time spent providing the services you're seeking for your child. Private pay services also allow us to assess and determine a need for services in a way that is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based rather than having to complete standardized testing that may not be normed for or appropriate for your child.
